            Pat started her career as a financial consultant in 1980 and received her Certified Financial Planning designation in l981.  She has been with SWS Financial Services since l998.  Before that she worked for Alex. Brown & Sons and A.G. Edwards.

 

            Pat uses a very common sense approach to personal financial planning.  She has a very conservative philosophy, does not “trade” stocks, and her area of special interest is pre-retirement and retirement planning.  A senior citizen herself, Pat enjoys helping clients have a comfortable retirement.

 

            Pat did her under-graduate work at ChicagoTeachers College in l960 and received a Masters Degree from NorthwesternUniversity in Evanston, Illinois in l965.  Her first career was in education and before becoming a financial consultant she was the Executive Director of DallasAcademy, a school for children and young people with learning disabilities.  She is an active community volunteer and has served on the Board of Dallas Academy, The Parish Episcopal School, Home Health Services of Dallas, Crosspoint Counseling Center, and Open Door Pre-School.  She currently heads up Lone Star Labrador Retriever Rescue in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
